Bulk Upload

This section of the system gives a user the access and ability to add specific information onto case files as a single batch. Below information can be uploaded from this section;

  • Phones
  • Emails
  • Next Of Kin
  • Guarantors
  • Employers
  • Notes

Point to note: There is a template guideline for each of the above items to help with uploading. For each action create an excel template as per the instructions with the respective columns, then map the data to the headers and save the final file.

For all the below sections, the system will guide you on what needs to be done once each template is created as above.

Phones​

These are mobile contacts of the respective debtors whose casefiles are already synced into smartcollect.

Emails​

These are debtor's email addresses that facilitate electronic messages distribution.

These is a debtor's closest living relative or relatives.

Guarantors​

These are individuals who promise to pay the loan or a certain percentage of the loan incase of default.
